Keith March, MD, PhD, FACC
Keith L. March, MD, PhD, FACC, has dedicated his career to bringing new medical approaches to patients. His publications include more than 190 manuscripts. He was editor of the first book dedicated to cardiovascular gene transfer. Dr. March’s research has resulted in more than 60 worldwide (20+ U.S.) patents, with others pending. He invented the Closer, a widely-utilized patented suture-mediated closure device, used to close the puncture wound in an artery following heart catheterization….

Michael J. Mirro, M.D., FACC, FHRS, FAHA
Michael Mirro, M.D., is the Chief Academic Research Officer at the Mirro Center for Research and Innovation Clinical Research Center of Parkview Hospital, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine and an Adjunct Professor of Bioinformatics at Indiana University. He previously served as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Iowa with a Research/Teaching position as a cellular electrophysiologist/molecular biologist. Dr Mirro has published over 50 peer reviewed scientific articles and serves on the editorial board for the Cardiovascular Digital Health Journal.

Carl J. Pepine, MD
Carl J. Pepine, MD, is a doctor in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1962 with his bachelor’s degree.
He is currently a principal investigator of many NIH- and industry-funded research projects on cardiovascular disease in women, IHD, hypertension, heart failure, and cell-based therapy, with continuous peer-reviewed federal research funding (DoD, NIH, VA Merit) for over 40 years.

Nicole Lohr, M.D., Ph.D., FACC
Nicole L. Lohr, MD, PhD, FACC, is Professor of medicine and Division Director of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Heersink School of Medicine, University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is also the director of the Comprehensive Cardiovascular Center and holds the Mary G. Walters Chair of Cardiovascular Medicine. Previously, she was the Medical Director of Cardiovascular Clinical Trials for the Medical College of Wisconsin and served as Chief of Cardiology at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Most recently, she served as Chair (2023-2024) of the American College of Cardiology Board of Governors (BOG) and secretary of the American College of Cardiology Board of Trustees. In this capacity, Dr. Lohr led governors from chapters representing all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and representatives from the U.S. health services. She currently serves on the ACC Academic Cardiology Leadership Council and the ACC Annual Scientific Session Program Committee. She is a physician-scientist with numerous active clinical trial studies as primary investigator.
Dr. Lohr enthusiastically leverages technology in her practice and embraces the opportunity and change that advances in telemedicine and remote patient monitoring bring to healthcare, especially cardiology. Dr. Lohr says that in a sense, telecardiology and remote patient monitoring let the doctor make house calls once again. “The doctor came to your house in the past, and it’s now cool to go back to that kind of thinking. It’s personal, but in a different way. It’s using technology to get back to keeping everything local, and I just find that appealing.”

Tobias Derloshon, D.D.S.
Tobias Derloshon, D.D.S., or Dr. Toby, is a pediatric and family dental practitioner in the Denver, Colorado area. He has consistently been named a Top Colorado Dentist for the past several consecutive years. Dr. Toby is a 5280 Magazine Top Doctor, Valedictorian at University of St. Francis, and Kids-in-Need of Dentistry Volunteer of the Year.
Dr. Toby’s enthusiasm for both dental and overall physical health led him to join the Kindly Reminders Board of Advisors bringing his passion for patients and talent for people to the team.
Dr. Toby holds his D.D.S from Indiana University School of Dentistry, his B.S. - Biology, Minor in Chemistry from the University of St. Francis, Fort Wayne, IN, and a Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.

Eileen Handberg, PhD, APRN
Eileen is a Professor of Medicine and Director of the Cardiovascular Clinical Trials Program in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Florida. She has been active in cardiovascular research and education for the past 30 years as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, working in both outpatient and inpatient interventional practice, and has overseen the care of participants in more than 1000 research trials in Cardiology and multi-specialty Regenerative Medicine. She has over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts, book chapters, abstracts and is a nationally recognized speaker. She is very active in the American College of Cardiology, serving as the Chair of the Cardiovascular Team Section and Co-Director of the ACC Core Curriculum for Cardiovascular Clinicians. Her research interests are centered in clinical trial management, Ischemic Heart Disease with a focus on women, exercise/prevention, hypertension, and stem cell therapy.

Zaira received her MS in Education from Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH following the completion of her BA in English. While pursuing her masters, she worked as a legal proofreader for Sidley Austin, providing unparalleled attention to detail in legal and academic documents. Along with her editorial talents, Zaira brings to the TeleBP™ team her experience as a telephone-based customer support representative of Medical Alert, guiding patients through their questions regarding device use and installation. This combined with her degree in Education ensures patients a detail-oriented educator who cares for her patients’ understanding and comfort.

Chris holds his MA in Statecraft and National Security Affairs with an Intelligence Specialization from the Institute of World Politics in Washington, DC and his BA from Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH.
