No! Our devices are customized for you and use cellular technology. All you need to do is put the cuff on your arm and push one button to take your reading. Your coach will help every step of the way.

How often will I speak to my health coach?

You’ll receive a weekly call from your personal health coach - on your schedule— to review your health progress, talk through challenges, and provide support. We’re here for you.
